HOW
We will be hosting interactive spaces during Quirks NYC in July.
WHY
Generating awareness of our field is the key to building a more diverse, representative pipeline of talent to ensure a more inclusive research and insights future.
There is a need to target BIPOC students & young professionals in a way that allows them to see themselves in our industry before finalizing their career choices.
To help close the gap of awareness and generate more interest, IIC hosting an Interactive Lounge Series to appeal to younger, junior members of our field (30 and below) and college students to demonstrate what a life in research and insights can look like for them.

CONNECTED MENTOR SERIES

A new way for multicultural research and insights professionals to find and establish mentorship relationships virtually.

Current BIPOC members of the IIC community seeking mentorship opportunities.
(A LIMIT OF 30 MENTOR SLOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE.)
HOW
A half-day session through our online platform for that will connect BIPOC mentors & mentees together in private, one-on-one “speed dating” sessions.
WHY
To double down on IIC’s commitment to community and creating pathways for professionals of color to find each other and create valuable connections.
